Dr Khalid Massa, is an Assistant Director for Environmental Health, Sanitation and Hygiene working at the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children. Dr Massa is experienced in managing WASH though developing guidelines and strategies for more than 10 years. He is responsible at the Ministerial level to prepare and review environmental health sanitation policy guidelines; Monitor and guide on the use of up-dated public health laws in the country for improving and sustaining sound public health interventions, provide guidelines; monitor and guide to ensure there is an effectiveness of different environmental health and sanitation interventions instituted in the country. He is a Board member of FINISH Mondial Tanzania.
