Esther Agbon is the Senior Health Financing Advisor and deputy country lead with Evidence for Action (E4A) Nigeria, a programme of Options Consultancy Services Ltd. E4A works to improve maternal and newborn health, by ensuring data and evidence reaches decision-makers, in the right format at the right time and supporting coalitions advocate for increased investments in better services for reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health.  Ms. Agbon has 20 years working experience in the Nigerian health and development sector and thirteen years of complementary work on fiscal governance, multi-stakeholder coalition building and policy influencing. She has participated in the development of several national and state level policies and supported successful advocacy efforts by multi-stakeholder coalitions leading to improved health systems and services for pregnant women and babies. Ms. Agbon is a skilled trainer and has programme management experience across diverse sectors including Agriculture, Education and Entrepreneurship.
