Lola Dare

President and Founder, Chestrad Global

Lola Dare is a mother, multiple award-winning author, community physician, epidemiologist, public health practitioner, social development consultant, financial policy advisor, serial sociopreneur and irrepressible global health advocate for women, children, girls, and young persons. She is a champion of the Bold Pathfinding Women of Africa (BPaWA), President and Founder of Chestrad Global, a trail-blazing global social enterprise with footprints in health, social transformation, development policy, financing and human capital development.

Lola seeks to support women of Africa (and beyond) to fully optimize the power in 'I' (themselves) and strength in 'we' (community), own their voices and share their authentic narratives.

Lola is an innovative thought leader whose impact on global health development is expansive. She has served on technical, programme and governance boards of many healthcare and human capital development programmes including WHO, National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NASEM), USA, The Global Fund, Gavi and the International Health Partnership Plus (IHP+, now UHC2030). Lola is a member of the Transition Independent Monitoring Board (TIMB), Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI), the RBM Partnership to End Malaria and VillageReach.
