Spéro Falade is a highly young professional from Benin who currently serves as the Technology, Innovation, and Prospection lead at OneWorld Benin NGO. With a passion for digitalisation, economics, health, statistics, and development, Spéro has a strong foundation in education and extensive experience in management principles and processes, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, organisational effectiveness, and program development and execution. Spéro has an impressive track record of contributing to national-scale projects and international organisations such as Care International, UNFPA, UNAIDS, Handicap International, OXFAM, and Transform Health. He has served as an individual consultant and project manager, supporting program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement. Spéro holds a master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics, as well as professional certificates in leadership and management for PM Practitioners in IT and strategic Applications of IT Project and Program Management from the University of Washington.
