Rodrigue Deuboue

Dr. Rodrigue Deuboue is Program Coordinator for health research projects and Lecturer at the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences of the University of Ottawa. Dr. Deuboue coordinates activities of One Health research projects implemented in several countries in Africa and Latin America. He has over 15 years of increasing professional responsibility, fully bilingual (English and French) with strong interdisciplinary background and a keen understanding of evaluation process management and methodologies employed both in developed and Low-and-Middle-Income countries. Experienced with program management, evaluation design, development of key performance indicators for business plans or strategic plans, logic model development and theories of change, performance measurement activities and business intelligence in various sectors using innovative techniques. Rodrigue is familiar with United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG) norms and standards, has experience in designing and implementation of evaluation plans, designing and conducting research projects, project management, data analysis and writing for various audiences. He has successfully planned and conducted capacity strengthening activities, demonstrated excellent leadership skills, great at managing people of diverse background and cultures, and extensive international experience particularly in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America. He is familiar with qualitative and quantitative research methods, equity, diversity, and inclusion analysis, including gender-based analysis.
