Dr. Hakiba Solange is an engaging leader and administrator with over sixteen years of experience in global health, program management and social protection. She comes with vast experience in health financing, program design and management, advocacy, behavior change communication and reproductive health. She is experienced in working with various donor agencies, including USAID, DFID, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Dr. Hakiba has led big teams, managed multi-million dollar budgets and spearheaded policy change. As a senior manager overseeing government’s strategic programs and personnel, Dr. Hakiba was in charge of the annual performance contracts: (Imihigo) formulation, follow-up and its rigorous reporting and rating process every year. She brings a culture of transparency and delivering on performance objectives. Dr Hakiba is an organiser and a mobiliser. A poised, caring and supportive mother of three children.
