Waruguru is the Governance and Hubs Lead at the International Digital Health and AI Research Collaborative (I-DAIR). She is a Kenyan doctor, global health, and health policy specialist with African health systems and management consulting experience. She worked as a doctor in rural Kenya. Dr. Wanjau previously consulted for the World Health Organization, was an Outreach Coordinator for Global Health Now, and was a management consultant at Dalberg Advisors. She did her medical training at the University of Nairobi and earned her MPH in Health Systems and Policy from John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
