We are thrilled to have successfully hosted the 5th edition of the AHAIC, which took place in Kigali from 5th – 8th March 2023. We are humbled by your generosity and enthusiasm for the conference, which brought together some of the most brilliant minds from across Africa to unpack the global challenges of the next decade including climate change, health, poverty, conflict and gender equity, among many others.
Over the course of four days, we had more than 2,400 delegates and 120 speakers from 50 countries join us both in person and virtually. Importantly, from over 50 sessions hosted, 40 of them were led by you, our partners. We’re also proud to share that 47.4% of attendees and 56.8% of panellists were female, a sign of our commitment to empowering the voices of women in our efforts to create lasting health change in Africa.

Registration Packages
Delegate

Conference fees includes – airport pick up, access to conference related events, pass to the networking sessions, lunch, 2 tea breaks daily for the three conference days, It does not include: hotel accommodations, airfare travel, hotel transportation to the conference or visa fees.
Group registration

Media

Conference registration is free for reporters, photographers, videographers, bloggers and influencers interested in covering AHAIC 2023. Media will have access to all open door plenaries, parallel sessions, press conferences and other media-focused events. They will also enjoy access to a media room from where they can file their reports live on location.

Virtual Registration

AHAIC 2023 is an in-person conference. However, select sessions will be livestreamed for virtual audiences.
