Bernard Mbogo is an M&E specialist at Amref Health Africa. He boasts a wealth of experience having worked for international NGOs in diverse areas of community development, child protection, sexual reproductive health rights, and advocacy as an M&E and Learning Advisor. His cumulative work experience is now 15 years. He has also contributed to research and evidence generation through peer reviewed publications on FGM/C space in Kenyan practicing communities as well as integrated programmes. Mbogo has a fervent desire to bring a lasting change in bringing to and end harmful cultural practices and behaviors against women and girls in the communities he works with.  He holds a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management form University of Nairobi, a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (Statistics) and Computer Science from JKUAT.
