Hon. Dr. Meseret Zelalem is the Director of the Maternal, Child, Adolescents and Youth Health, and Nutrition Directorate at the Federal Ministry of Health in Ethiopia. She is also a member of parliament and a strong advocate for the rights of adolescents and young girls and their access to essential services. She is a Medical Doctor, Pediatrician, by training.
