From 1 January 2018 onwards, nationals of all countries can apply for and receive a single entry 30-day visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and all land borders. Nationals of countries who require a visa to enter Rwanda can also submit an application online (click here) or at the Rwanda Diplomatic Mission of their country of residence before departure.
